AMYM provides services on an “as-is” basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services.
3. Refunds & Cancellation Policy
Course Cost
The course cost for training courses offered by Always Making Your Mark® (AMYM) LLC are set by clock-hour. Current course cost is $80 per clock-hour for the 2025 and 2026 calendar year.
Tuition & Fees
Tuition is payable at the time of registration. All fees are payable at the times specified. Checks, money orders or postal notes must be made payable to Always Making Your Mark LLC and must be drawn on a U.S. bank or post office.
Registration / Application Fee
A fee of $35 is payable at the time of registration and is not refundable. This fee covers the cost of establishing and maintaining the administrative processing system for students’ records.
Arkansas Refund Policy (Required)
The refund shall be based on the cost and length of the program. All tuition beyond the current enrollment period shall be refunded when a student terminates.
- At completion of less than 25% of the program — refunds on a pro rata basis
- At completion of 25% but less than 50% — refund of not less than 50% of tuition
- At completion of 50% but less than 75% — refund of not less than 25% of tuition
- At completion of 75% or more — no refund is due to the student

Educational Outcomes
While AMYM is committed to providing high-quality training, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Success depends on individual effort, dedication, and external market factors. Completing a program does not guarantee employment, promotion, or job placement.
No Employment Guarantees
AMYM does NOT guarantee federal job placement or interviews, promise salary levels, guarantee promotion or advancement, or warrant employment with any specific employer.
Website Disclaimers
AMYM MAKES NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. NEITHER PARTY WILL BE LIABLE FOR LOST REVENUES OR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

These Policies and Disclaimers are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas. Any dispute arising out of or relating to any of these Policies must be determined by binding arbitration or court proceeding administered in Little Rock, Arkansas.

8. School Attendance Policy
Due to the shortness of the course programs, attendance is required to satisfy the completion requirements of all courses. Consistent attendance offers the best opportunity to master the career course material. It is expected of every student who has paid for and attends AMYM Career Training Services & Seminar School to be prompt and respect times for the courses offered. Tardiness can affect the student’s ability to retain the information presented.
